We want you to be thrilled with your Warner Bros. Shop purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
